DP&F Announces Launch of Alcohol Beverage Compliance Group

Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty (DP&F) is pleased to announce the addition of a dedicated alcohol beverage compliance group to its existing Alcohol Beverage Law practice, offering full service alcohol beverage law and compliance services to its clients. The new Alcohol Beverage Law & Compliance Group provides complete alcohol beverage law and compliance services, including federal and state licensing and renewals, direct to consumer and out of state supplier licensing and renewals, ongoing reporting and tax payment services and COLA review and registrations.

The new Alcohol Beverage Law & Compliance Group includes an expanded team of compliance attorneys and paralegals dedicated to regulatory law and compliance.

Michael Mercurio joins DP&F as a law clerk with a focus on alcohol beverage and business law. Already licensed as an attorney in the states of Kentucky and Ohio, Michael will be sitting for the California Bar in February of 2021. He previously practiced at one of Kentucky’s leading bourbon law firms and earned a J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Vicki Milone brings extensive and broad experience in alcohol compliance work to DP&F. Vicki’s in-depth knowledge of alcohol beverage compliance comes from working as an in-house compliance professional at several Napa and Sonoma wineries, as well as work in the restaurant and distilled spirits industries.  As an Alcohol Beverage Compliance Paralegal, Vicki assists clients with all of their licensing and compliance needs.
